Welcome to our new booking system!

Updated: Sep 7
Booking your pet in should feel simple, not stressful. Canine & Co is getting ready to launch Pet manager as our new online booking system, and we want the change from Revolution Pets to feel as easy as possible.
Soon, you’ll be able to book boarding, grooming and daycare through Pet manager in one place. It will also make it easier to keep your details up to date, add your pets’ information, and upload fresh photos so we can recognise each furry face quickly.
We know a new Booking System can bring a few questions, so here is a clear guide to help you get ready.

What you will be able to book through Pet manager
Pet manager will be the new place to manage bookings with Canine & Co. Once it launches, you’ll be able to use it for:
Boarding
For overnight stays and holiday care.
Grooming
For keeping coats tidy, clean and comfortable.
Daycare (Daystays & Social Club)
For daily care, play and social time.
Paying Invoices An easy way to see your invoices and pay in a convinient way
This means you won’t need to juggle different booking methods for different services. Everything will sit in one system, making it simpler to request the care your pet needs.
The booking link is:
If you have more than one pet, Pet manager should also make it easier to keep everyone’s details together. That will help us care for each pet with the right information on hand.

How to get ready before you book
Once Pet manager is live, the first step will be setting up or checking your customer profile. Please take your time with this part. It helps us keep accurate records and provide the best care for your pet.
Make sure your profile includes:
Your full name
Your current phone number
Your email address
Your home address
Emergency contact details
Vet details, if requested
Any important notes we need to know
For each pet, please check or add:
Name
Breed
Age
Sex and desexing status
Feeding information
Medication details, if any
Vaccination information
A clear, recent photo
Pet photos are especially helpful when there are multiple pets from the same family, pets with similar names, or busy booking days. A clear face photo makes it easier for the team to quickly match the right pet with the right profile.

7. Submit your request! Woo hoo!
Once submitted, keep an eye on your emails for confirmation from our team or any follow-up information we may need.
And remember: if something doesn't look quite right, don't panic! New systems can take a little getting used to, and our team is always happy to help where we can.

Update your details to enter our September competition
To encourage everyone to get set up, we’ll be running a small competition.
Anyone who updates their full information and their pets’ information, including pet photos, will go into the draw to win a prize at the end of September.
To be included, make sure your profile is complete and your pet details are filled in as fully as possible. If you have more than one pet, please update each pet’s profile.
This is a great chance to get organised before your next boarding, grooming or daycare booking. It also helps our team start the new system with the most accurate information.
