VACCINATIONS
Ensuring the well-being and safety of all our guests at Canine & Co is our top priority. As part of our commitment to maintaining a healthy environment, we require dogs to have up-to-date vaccinations for Distemper, Parvovirus, and Hepatitis. Additionally, coverage for Canine Cough, protecting against Adenovirus Type 2, Parainfluenza virus, and Bordetella Bronchiseptica, is mandatory. Please consult with your veterinarian to verify that your pet has received all the necessary vaccinations.
While the leptospirosis vaccine is not mandatory, we recommend it for the overall health of your pet. We encourage open communication with your vet to discuss vaccination options, prioritizing the well-being and safety of every furry guest at Canine & Co.
Unvaccinated Canines
We also believe in providing choice when it comes to vaccinating your animals. As a result, we offer an Outdoor Kennel specifically designed to accommodate a family of unvaccinated dogs at a time. To secure this kennel, it is essential to book in advance, as it tends to fill up quickly. Situated away from the main kennel area, this dedicated space ensures that unvaccinated dogs have their own outdoor run and are segregated from other canines at all times.
Please note that this kennel is exclusive to one family of dogs per booking date, emphasizing our commitment to individualized care. To avoid any disappointment, we strongly recommend booking in advance to secure this unique space for your unvaccinated dogs.
To cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled drop-off date.
If you cancel within 7 days of your drop-off date, a cancellation fee of $35 will apply.
A fee of $60 will apply for all Long Weekends & Christmas/New Year Period.
Please be aware that any cancellation of a Christmas/New Year booking made after December 1st will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid, and the booking is non-transferable. If Canine & Co is able to fill your cancelled booking spot the deposit minus $60 will be refunded.
Bookings are essential, we do not take walk-ins.
If you decide to pick your pet(s) up within 48hrs the full duration of the booking will be charged regardless if you choose to collect your animal early.
