I acknowledge and consent that I am entrusting my animals to Canine & Co entirely at my own risk. I recognize and agree that there are inherent dangers associated with interactions between animals of the same species, as well as between dogs and individuals, which may lead to property damage or bodily harm, including permanent disability, illness, or death. Additionally, I acknowledge and accept the possibility of other risks that may be unknown or unforeseeable by me or Canine & Co. I willingly embrace and take on all risks and liabilities, including but not limited to any losses, expenses, and damages incurred as a result of my or my dog(s)' presence at Canine & Co.

I understand and accept that injuries may arise from my dog(s)' interactions with other dogs and staff. I acknowledge my full responsibility for any such injuries and hereby indemnify Canine & Co from any liability in this regard. Furthermore, I acknowledge and agree that my dog(s) may sustain injuries within their kennel, including but not limited to chafing or cuts resulting from contact with or chewing on fences or frames.

I confirm that I have examined the premises where my dog(s) will be accommodated, and I am completely content with their suitability for housing my dog(s). I acknowledge that if my dog(s) manage to climb or jump over fences, I will fully indemnify Canine & Co from any liability for injuries, damages, or the permanent loss of my dog(s) resulting from escape. Additionally, I am obligated to inform if my dog possesses a tendency for jumping.

Animals remaining in the kennels beyond ten days from the originally scheduled pick-up date may be handled at the discretion of the kennel management. 

I acknowledge and accept that Canine & Co holds no responsibility or liability for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property belonging to either my dog or myself. In the event that my dog causes damage to the property of other dogs or their owners, I agree to bear the full responsibility for the costs associated with repair or replacement. I hereby indemnify Canine & Co from any responsibility in this regard. Additionally, I recognise and agree that if my dog causes any damage to the facilities or equipment of Canine & Co, I am solely responsible for covering the entire cost of any necessary repair or replacement.  

I acknowledge and consent that Canine & Co bears no responsibility for any illness or disease that my dog(s) may contract during their stay. It is requested the owner provide information about whether your dog is spayed or neutered prior to their stay at Canine & Co.
